Shipping & Returns
We ship our products from the United States via the USPS (United States Post Office). Shipping cost will vary when shipping to countries outside the US cost. Before we ship your order will will notify you of the shipping cost
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped when we receive your email, a full refund will be made. If your order has been shipped, the sale is final.
Damaged Goods and Return Policy
We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the unlikelihood of damaged during shipment, please inform us us immediately. Claims for damage made after 7 days of delivery may not be considered.
If you wish to make returns for reasons other than damage, you will have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges once item is received. The returned item has to be in its original packaging and still in resaleable condition. Item must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
